Pathfinder service terms

These terms govern use of Pathfinder Outdoor Education Center websites, family portal, mobile app surfaces, and related program operations tools.

Use of Pathfinder

Pathfinder supports family registration, calendars, documents, event operations, tickets, dues summaries, leader workflows, and program administration. Use the service only for lawful Pathfinder program purposes and only under the account, household, program, or leader access assigned to you.

Accounts and Households

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for keeping family, emergency, and household information accurate. Parents and guardians are responsible for youth records they manage in Pathfinder.

Program Records

Pathfinder records help local leaders operate programs, but official Scouting America systems and other program-specific systems may remain the system of record for certain registrations, training, advancement, or compliance items.

Payments

Event fees, dues, ticketing, and related charges are for real-world Pathfinder program activities and services. Stripe or another payment processor may handle checkout and billing details. Refunds, credits, or corrections are handled by Pathfinder staff according to the applicable event or program policy.

Documents and Signatures

You agree that information, documents, uploads, and signatures you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge. A parent or guardian must submit or approve youth documents when required.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Pathfinder, attempt to access records outside your role, interfere with security controls, upload malicious files, scrape protected information, impersonate another person, or use program data for unrelated purposes.

Availability and Changes

Pathfinder may change features, policies, workflows, or access rules as program needs, legal requirements, safety practices, and operational requirements change.
